Donell Wilford appeals from the district courts order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ? 2254. Wilford was convicted of murder in violation of Section 2903.02 of the Ohio Revised Code and sentenced to a term of fifteen years to life. The Court of Appeals of Franklin County, Ohio affirmed his conviction; the Supreme Court of Ohio dismissed his appeal as not raising a substantial constitutional question; and the District Court for the Southern District of Ohio accepted the recommendation of the magistrate that Wilford be denied habeas corpus relief. We affirm.
